A visit to Glow Up Studio should always be an enjoyable experience both for you
and your Esthetician. Most of our guests prefer a tranquil and relaxed experience
while they are in service.
To ensure we can provide an environment that meets our guests’ expectations, we have a number of Studio Etiquette Guidelines we ask all guests and staff to abide by.
Our goal is to provide a calming and relaxing environment for all guests. We are a small studio however and although our space is not cramped, please be aware of the noise level and mood of the studio during your service.
Those around you may be able to hear your personal conversations and anything extremely personal. It is advisable to lower the volume of your voice during service as a courtesy to other guests trying to relax and enjoy their service.
As a courtesy to our guests trying to relax, please refrain from making and receiving telephone calls during your service.
The movement of the face during conversations also makes it hard for the Esthetician to perform their best work.
Guests may choose to arrive for their service having consumed a number of alcoholic beverages. Should any guests be inebriated to a point that it would be difficult to start or continue service for safety reasons (e.g. difficulty laying still or become too vocal), they may be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time.
Should a guest repeatedly arrive inebriated, the studio may choose to refuse service moving forward.
Guests may choose to arrive for their service having ingested some non-prescription or prescription drugs. Should any of the drugs consumed make it difficult to start or continue service for safety reasons (e.g. strong odor emanating from the guest making it hard for the Esthetician to work; difficulty communicating with Guest Relations and Estheticians; difficulty laying still), they may be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time.
Should a guest repeatedly arrive under the influence of non-prescription and prescription drugs, the studio may choose to refuse service moving forward.
These guidelines help us maintain a peaceful, professional environment where every guest can enjoy their service to the fullest. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
