EYEBROW
THE NEXT GENERATION OF LASH LIFTING
More lift. More visible length. Beautiful separation. An incredible open-eye effect — using only your natural lashes.
The K-Lux Korean Lash Lift at Glow Up Studio combines Korean lifting techniques, specialized lash shields and advanced cysteamine-based chemistry to create a dramatically lifted, elongated lash look while taking a more conditioning-focused approach to your natural lashes.
Different technique. Different shape. Different chemistry.
That’s K-Lux.

Both traditional and Korean lash lifts enhance your own natural lashes — no extensions required.
But they don’t create the result in quite the same way.
A traditional lash lift uses a curved silicone rod or shield to create beautiful curl through the lash.
The K-Lux Korean Lash Lift focuses on creating lift from the root, using a different lifting
technique and specialized Korean-style shields to create a more elongated, defined appearance.
Instead of simply seeing more curl, you see more of the lash.
The result is an eye-opening effect that can make your natural lashes appear longer, lifted and
beautifully separated from root to tip.
Our classic lift reshapes your natural lashes around a curved silicone shield to create soft, beautiful curl and lift.
Best for clients who love:
K-Lux uses Korean lifting techniques and specialized shields to emphasize lift at the root and create a more elongated lash profile.
Best for clients who love:
Neither is “better.” They’re two different ways to create beautiful natural lashes.
Not sure which one is right for you? Your Glow Up lash artist can help you choose the lift and shape that best suits your natural lashes, eye shape and desired look.
K-Lux isn’t simply a new name for a traditional lash lift.
We’ve paired an advanced Korean lifting method with the K-BOMB professional cysteamine system from Beautiful Brows & Lashes — giving us a completely different way to approach both the shape of your lift and the treatment of your natural lashes.
Korean lash lifting focuses on creating beautiful elevation from the root before shaping the lashes into their finished position.
This allows your artist to emphasize visible lash length and create that signature elongated, open-eye K-Lux effect.
Shape matters.
Rather than relying on one standard curl, your artist selects the shield and placement technique based on your natural lash length, growth direction, eye shape and desired result.
The goal isn’t simply “curlier.”
It’s your best lift.
This is where K-Lux gets really interesting.
Traditional lash-lifting systems commonly use thioglycolate, or TGA, to temporarily alter the internal bonds responsible for the natural shape of the lash.
K-Lux uses cysteamine hydrochloride instead.
Cysteamine is derived from cysteine — an amino acid that is an important component of the keratin structure of hair. It works more gradually than traditional TGA chemistry, allowing the lashes to be professionally reshaped using a gentler, conditioning-focused system.
Same basic science of reshaping the lash.
A very different approach to getting there.
K-Lux doesn’t stop with changing the shape of your lashes.
The K-BOMB system used in our K-Lux treatment incorporates ingredients selected to condition and support the natural lash throughout the service.
K-Lux contains a Copper Tripeptide Complex combining three amino acids — glycine, histidine and lysine — with copper.
Copper peptides are used in hair and skincare formulations for their conditioning and reparative properties.
In K-Lux, they’re incorporated into the system to help support the condition, strength and shine of your natural lashes.
K-Lux also incorporates quercetin and fisetin, naturally occurring antioxidant flavonoids selected by the manufacturer as part of its lash-conditioning formula.
Translation?
This isn’t chemistry designed only to change the shape of the lash.
Lash care is built into the treatment.
After the lifting and setting process, K-Lux finishes with a dedicated moisturizing serum.
This final step helps condition and smooth the lashes after processing, leaving them soft, glossy and beautifully separated.
We call that the finishing touch.
K-Beauty calls it the glass-lash effect.
Enhance your lash appointment with these quick yet powerful add-on treatments. Perfect for instant radiance while you relax.
K-Lux doesn’t add synthetic fibers.
It doesn’t create lash extensions.
And it doesn’t make your natural lashes magically grow during your appointment.
It simply changes how your own lashes sit — revealing more of the length you already have.
Expect lashes that appear:
Lifted at the root
Longer and more visible
Smooth and separated
Glossy and defined
Beautifully open around the eye
All without the daily commitment of an eyelash curler.
Lifting changes the shape of your lashes.
Tint changes what you can see.
Natural lashes often become lighter toward their tips. Adding a professional lash tint deepens their appearance from root to tip, helping those lighter ends become more visible.
Pairing K-Lux with tint can create an even darker, more defined, mascara-like appearance — without adding extensions.

K-Lux can be a beautiful choice if your natural lashes are:
It’s also perfect for anyone who loves a polished lash look but doesn’t want the maintenance schedule of lash extensions.
Your lashes don’t need to look like anyone else’s.
That’s why every K-Lux begins with your artist evaluating your lashes, your growth pattern, your eyes and the result you want.
Here’s something important to understand about any lash lift:
Your eyelashes are living hairs with their own natural growth and shedding cycle.
Your K-Lux treatment reshapes the lashes you have on the day of your appointment. Over the following weeks, those lashes naturally shed and new, untreated lashes grow in.
That means a lash lift doesn’t suddenly “wear off” on one particular day. Instead, the look gradually softens as your natural lashes turn over.
At Glow Up Studio, we tell clients to generally expect their lift to look its best for approximately 4–6 weeks, although individual results vary based on lash growth, shedding and aftercare.
We would rather give you a realistic expectation than promise every client an identical result.

Everything You Want to Know About K-Lux
Both treatments reshape your natural lashes, but the technique, shields and chemistry differ. Our Signature Lash Lift creates a classic curled effect, while K-Lux focuses more heavily on root lift, elongation and separation. K-Lux also uses our cysteamine-based K-BOMB system with copper peptides and conditioning ingredients.
It doesn’t physically add length like an extension. Instead, lifting straighter or downward-growing lashes from the root can reveal more of their existing length, making your natural lashes appear significantly longer.
Cysteamine hydrochloride is a derivative of cysteine, an amino acid found in the keratin structure of hair. In K-Lux, it acts as the reducing agent that allows the internal bonds of the lash to be temporarily altered so the hair can be professionally reshaped.
Different is the better word.
Traditional TGA-based systems are established professional lash-lifting technology and produce beautiful, reliable results. Cysteamine works differently and more gradually, making it particularly appealing when we want a gentler, conditioning-focused approach.
We offer both because different lashes — and different desired looks — call for different treatments.
The K-Lux system contains a Copper Tripeptide Complex made from the amino acids glycine, histidine and lysine combined with copper. The ingredient is incorporated into the K-BOMB system to support the condition, strength and shine of the natural lash during treatment.
Any chemical lash service needs to be performed correctly.
Our professional lash artists assess the condition and characteristics of your natural lashes and carefully control product placement and processing time. We also use a complete three-step K-Lux system that includes a dedicated moisturizing and conditioning finish.
Most clients should think in terms of approximately 4–6 weeks of their best-looking lift, but there is no universal expiration date.
Your lashes continuously grow and shed. As treated lashes naturally fall and new lashes grow in, the overall lifted appearance gradually softens.
Your lash artist will evaluate your natural lash growth and condition before recommending your next treatment. We don’t believe in processing lashes simply because a date has arrived on the calendar.
Healthy natural lashes come first.
Absolutely. K-Lux + Tint is one of our favorite combinations because tint darkens the lighter portions of the natural lash, making the lifted shape and visible length even more noticeable.
Yes. Once you’ve completed the recommended initial aftercare period, you can wear mascara if you want additional drama — although you may find you don’t reach for it nearly as often.
No. Lash extensions add individual synthetic fibers to your natural lashes. K-Lux works entirely with the natural lashes you already have.
You may be surprised how much lash you’ve been hiding.
