Eligibility
Products may be returned within 4-weeks/28 days of purchase for store credit only.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For skincare, cosmetics, or lash/brow products, we cannot accept items that have been opened or used due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturer’s fault, please notify us within 7-days of purchase and return it within 14 days of purchase. We’ll happily exchange it for the same item or provide store credit.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, promotional bundles, discounted items, and trial/travel-size products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or record of purchase through our Point of Sale system is required for all returns or exchanges.
